Renault Protection and Your Nissan Protected customers can now check and manage their contract details 24/7 and request mechanical assistance. Customers are geolocated via their telephone GPS and can request assistance in a single click without having to call the insurer.

They are also able to track the arrival of the assistance service in real time. In addition, customers can use the app to provide all the details of the incident.
