In 2020, DIAC deployed, along with manufacturers, the new “Move” seller workstation. This working tool, used daily by salespeople in the France network, allows them to sell new and used vehicles to retail and professional customers and to combine them with financing offers.
The seller journey starts with the proposal of a vehicle, then a financing and services offer adapted to the customer’s needs, followed by the drafting of the purchase order and the signature of the financing contract. This new technology enables us to make the customer journey more seamless, moving from an online simulation to a review of the offer in a dealership with the help of a seller’s advice.
At end December 2020, the rate of deployment was already close to 20%, despite the health crisis.
