Enhanced customer experience via chatbots and WhatsApp

RCI Colombia is focusing on digital to improve the satisfaction of its customers. They can now interact with the “MeRCI” chatbot on the website and receive answers to their questions on financing offers, insurance and services provided by RCI Colombia.

The subsidiary has also developed a contact point through WhatsApp that provides customers with answers to frequently asked questions via a chatbot, or by speaking directly with an agent when necessary.
